The hotel is located conveniently to everything in Harrretville, but being next to the coffee shop can be both an advantage and a drawback. The presence of a Tesla charging station is a plus. Dining options, however, might be restricted, with only Singapore noodles available. Overall, the facilities meet the standard, but there is room for enhancement.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The rooms were cozy with an amazing bar, but the small heater was a downside. The service was exceptional, offering room service and a convenient airport shuttle. The location was peaceful with easy access after a day of skiing and close to great coffee. The dining, including smoked fish, was delicious. The facilities were top-notch.
